BIOGRAPHY
David A. Bufalini has practiced law for 25 years. For the last 24 years he has limited his practice to the handling of personal injury claims only. He has successfully secured six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients in cases involving construction site accidents, serious automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents, medical negligence, and defective products.
Mr. Bufalini has handled over 1200 automobile accident cases. He has successfully represented workers seriously injured in the course of their employment by negligent third parties. He has extensive litigation experience.
Mr. Bufalini was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Washington State College (now Western Washington University), in Political Science. He attended the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law), graduating in December, 1977. He has been licensed to practice law in Washington since June, 1978.
Following his passage of the Washington State Bar Examination he began working as an associate at Manza, Moceri, Gustafson, and Messina. He became a full partner four years later. After his first year of practice handling general legal matters Mr. Bufalini's practice became limited to handling personal injury claims only. Though the original firm's members changed over the years, Mr. Bufalini's focus on personal injury claims remained constant.
In January, 1995, Mr. Bufalini opened his current solo practice. The practice, and the firm's trained staff, have grown consistently each year. The personal satisfaction of assisting people in need as the result of personal injuries sustained through no fault of their own has remained constant, and has resulted in a legal career that has been limited to personal injury practice.
Mr. Bufalini and his staff would welcome the opportunity to assist you, a family member, relative, or friend, in every and any way possible with your personal injury claim needs. You can find out what we can do for you by simply calling and discussing your claim with Mr. Bufalini, or arranging a hospital, home, or office visit.
